Our expertise
At our MSK Physiotherapy clinic, we specialise in exercise rehabilitation to help you recover from injury, manage pain, and improve overall physical performance. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to your specific needs, focusing on strengthening, flexibility and functional movement to support long-term recovery and prevent future injuries.
We offer pre-habilitation programs designed to prepare your body for upcoming physical challenges, surgeries or sports activities. Prehab focuses on building strength, stability and flexibility to prevent injury before it happens. Our recovery rehab services help you regain full function after an injury or surgery, guiding you through a progressive, structured exercise regimen to safely return to daily activities or sports.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or preparing for a procedure, our physiotherapists will work closely with you to develop a personalised exercise plan that promotes healing, reduces pain and enhances mobility. With a focus on patient-centred care, we aim to help you achieve your goals and live a healthier, more active life.
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy treats injuries, pain, posture, and mobility issues to restore individuals to optimal function.
Do you run or do CrossFit? Or maybe play football, tennis, or netball? Whatever sport you play, we are confident we can help elevate your performance by ensuring your body is in the best condition.
An alternative treatment derived from Chinese medicine, your acupuncturist will assess your condition, review your current health and medical history, and conduct a physical examination before starting treatment.
Our lead physiotherapist, Rebecca, has a first-class degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Huddersfield. She is an experienced HCPC-registered and Chartered Physiotherapist who has worked in the NHS/Locala community rehabilitation team and private practice since 2014.
